When it comes to exercise, children are not adults! Their bodies are continuously growing through normal developmental changes. This program will teach whole-body exercises to ensure balanced development. Programs will be designed according to age, size and strength specifications.

Kids of all ages will enjoy combining these strength and cardiovascular building exercises. Fun and inspiring activities will be used to develop fundamental movement skills. Children will be encouraged to move their entire bodies, helping them build from the inside out! Will increase physical activity and enhance their confidence.

Children will learn safe, effective stretches. Focus will be on fluid movement for full muscle range and active joint mobility.
