Nationally Certified Personal Trainers Tone & Condition, Inc. (established in 1997), will be teaching Basic Speed, Agility, Resistance Training, Balance and Flexibility Drills and Skills. Many of these skills learned can be utilized in all sports and activities. The area's leading expert, Dr. Calvin T. Wilson of The Next Level, will be presenting Basic Healthy Nutrition Guidelines on Sports Performance and Sports Nutrition and how our mind and bodies are affected. We will be integrating New and Innovative tools and equipment into our exercises, drills, skills and presentations for the youth to learn.
