KoBu Power(TM) is the ultimate full-body workout because it incorporates a weighted bar throughout the entire cardio/strength training program. You will stay motivated to continue the workout on a regular basis because its empowering self-defense techniques will show you how to take personal responsibility to protect yourself and your loved ones. KoBu Cardio Power uses a lightweight bar (1 to 9 lbs.), high intensity and fast-paced for weight loss.
KoBu Chi is a modified workout set to music, uses a lightweight flex bar, slow-paced and low impact strength training geared toward seniors.
