step1

Assessment of blood pressure, heart rate, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness test, muscle strength test, endurance test, and flexibility test.

Step One will be performed prior to designing an exercise program. These results enable us to establish realistic goals, and customize a program specifically for your needs and physical ability.

step2

Personal trainer will teach the exercise program, monitoring form and heart rate, providing spot, support and motivation when needed, and supplying education / information of the exercises they are performing.

step3

Evaluate and assess progress, set new goals, redesign exercise program to meet newly established goals.
